Hello friends! As you may have seen or heard through the grapevine, I have recently completed my RYT-200 Yoga Teacher Training and Certification program. Becoming a yoga teacher was not something I had ever planned to do, but the universe had other plans for me and I am so glad it did.

This 200 hour training program furthered my own personal yoga practice and has given me so much more knowledge about yoga philosophy, human anatomy, ayurveda and pranayama. And most importantly, has reignited my love for learning and studying new things.
To grow as a new teacher, I offered free virtual classes for month of April to friends and family. You all showed up and made each practice such a great learning experience for me as a new teacher and yoga practitioner.
I am excited to announce that starting in May, I will also start teaching in-person yoga classes at our local gym here in Stanardsville, as well as continuing to teach virtual classes on The Ridge.
If you would like to start practicing yoga, or further your own practice, please join me for a class, schedule a private practice or come to a local class. You can find my teaching schedule here.
We have some exciting new things coming to The Ridge this year and I hope to start offering in-person private and small group classes here in the future as we build some outdoor infrastructure and renovate Flurkey the Airstream into a studio space.
Be sure to follow us on social media or subscribe to our blog to stay in the loop on upcoming classes, new things around the farm and so much more.
Hope to see you on the mat soon!
