Recipe Spotlight: Quail Egg Omelette Poppers

So if you know me, one of the only ways I’d eat eggs for the longest time was in the form of an omelette. A few holiday’s ago, my family got me a Dash Deluxe Electric Egg Cooker. If you don’t have one already, this little kitchen gadget is a lifesaver.

(Full disclaimer if you purchase one through the link above, we get a small commission. Every little bit helps when keeping these animals well fed!)

However, one thing I don’t enjoy about making omelettes is the prep, the cooking and the clean up mess. That’s why the Dash Deluxe Egg Cooker is such a help! I can easily make a few batches of omelette poppers in half an hour, making these a great on the go snack or for hosting brunch.

You’ll need anywhere from 12-15 quail eggs or 4-5 chicken eggs to make a batch of 4 omelette poppers. We also like to add bacon, green peppers and/or onions, cheese and seasoning to taste.

Okay, okay.. now for the recipe!

RecipeCooking Instructions
